should be translated as it has many of the Gtk dialogs that come up (
file open, save , save as etc ). next would be gnome libraries,
nautilus etc. Parrelly some application pots can also be taken up.

Ideally language coordinator should get a CVS account, but for time
being we can go through Naba.
