A while ago, I contacted all the authors of files with no correct
header and all of them replied it was ok to get them released under
GPLv2 and any later version.

So I can confirm. I had in plan to add the license note after the
reply but I apparently forgot to do it.

Hum, since we discard 50% of registration on Savannah due to that
problem, asking software authors to take care about that and to
re-register with clear file headers, the situation is pretty *funny*
:)
