[Savannah-dev] licence of log_accum.pl and commit_prep.pl

Hi

I will use log_accum.pl and commit_prep.pl for my own needs.
There is a licence issue: what licence are those scripts ?

I took them from
http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/savannah/savannah/backend/gnu-specific/#dirlist
and I found a document COPYING.software in an upper directory. I presume the 2 
scripts
are under GPL. Could you confirm ?

Could you also add a notice in those scripts, in all scripts, about the licence 
? If
people take those scripts like me and use them, nobody knows about the licence 
there.

I will add a notice about the licence in the scripts I took from the cvs. 
Please do it
too, please protect your software :)
