to elaborate, the motivation is as if there were these criteria:

> A+0:
> All third-party service(s) delegated by the site must also meet criteria the 
> same criteria as the site. (A+0)

> A+1:
- Does not log anything about visitors. (A+1)
+ The site and all third-party service(s) delegated by the site do not log 
anything about visitors. (A+1)

but those criteria are not satisfiable; because the site admin could not 
sincerely attest to either, unless there are no third-parties involved in the 
communication
