LibreJS already has a facility to recognize particular files that we
know are free.  We use this for libraries that (1) many sites use
and (2) we have checked to make sure they are free.

It would not be wise to use this for files specific to particular
sites, and which may be difficult for us to verify as free.

Why would they be difficult?  Whatever makes it difficult for the site
to describe what is the source code for each file of JS code would
make it difficult for us to check too.

If we offered to do this for lots of sites, we would be pressured
to spend a lot of time on it, requiring a few very skilled people to
do tis in some other thing.

It would work if thehre were only one site that needed this, but it is
does not scale to handling thousands of sites.
