GitLab's evaluation has been completed for a while, but I'll be working
with Sytse over the next few months on some of the issues.  Most
recently, they agreed to have project deletion work without JavaScript
enabled[0], which is the last of the essential functionality that I
noted.  Their JavaScript is free[1], but this will allow GitLab to meet
C0 in the meantime.

Now that we have a mailing list: do you want evaluations posted to this
list, or sent to you privately?  And when should they be posted here?
