First of all: thanks for the great initiative, this is something long needed.
I have a suggestion to the project, that can probably fall into the "let's do this later" category:

Integrate with tosdr.org .

For those that don't know: tosdr.org is a website/community that provides an evaluation of the terms of services of websites that provide services, following a set of criteria/rules. It probably doesn't sound too strange, since it has quite a few parallels with what you're doing here.

So, long story short, you could:
* integrate in your criteria something like "acceptable terms of services", and use tosdr as the set of rules/evaluator for that particular item;
* unrelated, but it might also be worthy to take a look at the software behind tosdr. ToS;DR is Free Software, licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL-3.0), and it does pretty much all you want of a website for the project at hands.
