Hi All,
I am really liking what i am seeing in Ranger, especially the Vim key bindings.
There are several things that i use in MC, that I was hoping someone could
present a similar workflow in Ranger.
These are as follows:
1. Visually comparing two directories - Very often i like to see the files in
two directories(e.g. log file directories), side-by-side, to see if the
directories content matches, etc. Without a second window in Ranger is this
possible?
2. Moving selected files in one window to another window. (As i understand,
with tabs in Ranger you can do this?)
3. Search across the entire drive to find filenames that match a pattern, and
return those files in the other window?
4. Can i configure the center pane to show the Modification date and more info
on the size of the file?
5. Is there a repository of color schemes already created?
Thanks again for any help. Like i said i REALLY want to like and use Ranger!!
Thanks,
Russ
