Recently  people have been asking about w32 builds for the latest
pspp git snapshots.

I've prepared a self-contained installer executable, for evaluation
purposes, which you can download from https://filebin.net/xctxjbrd81z3psrw
This url gets automatically deleted in 7 days, so you'll have to be quick.

This installer heavily builds on the excellent work done by Harry
Thijssen, so all the credit goes to him.   It has been somewhat
modified by myself, so any problems are my fault.   However the
responsibility is yours.   So if this installer destroys your
hard drive, deletes 12 months of your work, etc. then that's just
tough luck.  Only use it on a machine where you can risk something
bad happening.
