Summary: po4a-gettextize generates wrong references for composite files

Original Submission: The Wine documentation is split in many files, roughly
one per chapter, and all is put together by a master file which looks roughly
as follows:

<!entity introduction SYSTEM "introduction.sgml">

<!entity getting SYSTEM "getting.sgml">

...

&introduction;

&getting;

The problem is that po4a-gettextize generates references that look like:

#: wine-user.sgml:7263

Of course there is no line 7263 in wine-user.sgml, the file is not that long,
by far. The same happens when po4a-gettextize reports an error. This makes the
error messages and references pretty useless.

Instead po4a-gettextize should remember where each line comes from and report
the proper file and line number.
