Summary:  po4a-gettextize fails on #included SGML files

Original Submission:  The Wine documentation is split in many files, roughly 
one per chapter, and all is put together by a master file which looks roughly 
as follows:



<!entity introduction SYSTEM "introduction.sgml">

...

&introduction;



Now if I run po4a-gettextize on the individual SGML files such as 
'introduction.sgml', then I get the following errors:



substr outside of string at /usr/share/perl5/Locale/Po4a/Sgml.pm line 216.

Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /usr/share/perl5/Locale/Po4a/Sgml.pm 
line 217.

Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /usr/share/perl5/Locale/Po4a/Sgml.pm 
line 218.

Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at 
/usr/share/perl5/Locale/Po4a/Sgml.pm line 219.
