[phpGroupWare-users] POP3 support

I am on a shared hosting platform.  I am having trouble with the email.  I have 
only pop3 available to me and most of my potential users will have only pop3 
access.  Eay user will be on different domains. Some will require secure access 
to read their emails.  Some may not.

1) Is it possible to get an error log of the login problems to see what is 
really going on.
2) Is it possible to configure the email security by account or do I have to
