[phpGroupWare-users] Folder Permissions - FileManager

Phpgroupware is very challenging given the limited documentation.
1) what folders should be writeable by the world?
2) I am working in my admin account. In the filemanager, it does not give me 
the capability of adding files or doing anything.  When I look in the folder 
that I set above the root for files, there is nothing in it.Sent from the
