Every serious mailing list needs (free) registration to avoid spam, trolls
and viruses.
I received lots of viruses from the four Phpgroupware ML in the last weeks.
That's not a problem, but quite annoying.

I think it's better if only subcribers can post to the list, it's safer for
us.
