first get .006, there's a couple nastly little XSS bugs in anything before 
.005...

Second, either add the xml module its trying to dl() to the php.ini, should be 
there
for .dll commented out so just copy that uncomment and replace "dll" with "so", 
or
disable safe mode.  safe mode is the super paranoid way of running php.  phpgw 
will
work under safe mode, but you're gonna have a fun time getting everything set 
just
right.
