you can use MandrakeUpdate tool to get 0.9.14.006

just run
#/usr/sbin/MandrakeUpdate

or go into menu
/configuration/Packaging/Mandrake_Update


other method : go to your phpgroupware directory

and use cvs :

ensure the CVSROOT env var is set with the value
:pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/phpgroupware

then run
#cvs update -r Version-0_9_14-branch -dP
