I think Izzy is right about going back to 0.9.14.001.  When I first ran into
this problem I was able to just re-install 0.9.14.001 and get back up and
running.  As long as your database is still in tact you should be able to
recover from this...

As for the new release of 0.9.14.002 I have not attmpted to upgrade again
yet.  I was experiencing the same problem as Izzy, so I should have the same
results with the new file..
