[Phpgroupware-users] english email from China issue

Here is an interesting one....
The email program has had problems reading email written in english that
was sent from China (even those created through Hotmail or Outlook
Express).

When I have them send it to another web based service such as that from
ziplip.com, it is read fine and can even be forwarded fine. However
directly sent  to anglemail (included cvs phpgroupware version) it is
mangled.
