Okay....great info!....

Now, its easyer to reproduce if you tell us the exact browser you are using and 
the
exact client (win/lin, whatever) because sometimes this kind of error (http file
transfers and mime types and stuff) is with how browsers handle such things.

Also, try other browsers, see how it goes and post back your experience, someone
will pick the problem up im shure (it just wont be me...:)...)
