Hello,

Can someone tell me what the latest stable version of the developer_tools
module is?

The R14 version is giving me problems with an extra "/" the module inserts
into file paths when it searches for missing lang phrases.
The latest CVS version is complaining that the function get_vars is called
but not defined. Presumably some template should be loaded first.

I also have a more basic question concerning translation: are external lang
tables still supported, or are all translations to be inserted into the lang
table of the database?
