[Phpgroupware-users] Feature/Design Request

I don't know if there is a specific reason for this, but I found it very
confusing.  In the Admin module, some sections have "Global Categories",
but they appear to all be the same thing anyway (i.e. one added under
Address Book exists under Calendar).  Maybe just make one entry under
the "global" Admin section for categories?  Just a thought.
