The Key is to work on the translations for .13 version as language files are handled differently there, and a lang file for .12 will not be complete in .13.

to get the latest .13 co from sourceforge, I would recomend a new directory. If you don't specify a tag .13 shoudl download. With the new version you will find and easier setup, and a new language translation utility. I attached a script that will download allmost all modules minus a few I know to be outdated in .13. If you wan to to use it, just edit the first line to the proper webroot that you want the install in.

If you can't get .13 to work, I believe there is a script to break a .12 lang file down. But some things may show up odd, or be missing newphrases found in the .13 branch.

Once you get .13 installed get a user with acces to developer_tools and use the built in translator program if it works with your character set. If it doesn't let me know what changes will need to be made, and we will try and get it to work.

The key thing to remember with the developer_tools translation is to add phrases to your source language and save them before you begin saving to the destination language. Also if you use the developer_tools translator, you will need to set each modules/setup/ to write access for the webserver. This will let you save anywork you do.

If you have a list of questions, let me know, and I can meet you on IRC durring most hours, at least for a bit. I log in as some variation of BearStone. I am in texas so I am at CST (GMT-6) keeping that in mind, let me know and I can probably get things across more easily one thing at a time.
