[Partysip-dev] one more hint please....regarding authorization

For some reason when I send my message in,
cb_auth_validate_credentials is never called.

osip_authorization_parse fills in 
osip_authorization_t * auth with:

Username = "200"
realm= "wellx.org"
nonce= "a856e5a0296364e7cb1ca9e1f54bbc94"
qop= auth
response= "fec42c7df32f85110d02d0a351e379c0"
opaque= "d1c8938268098d1fbc130c4a40913ef9"
auth_type= Digest
uri = "sip:10.0.0.3"


but then cb_auth_validate_credentials is not called.
 
Where is it determined if cb_auth_validate_credentials
should be called?
