I think you'll probably find dblbuffer.xml in the same
directory as the test sources.  Have you done a file
search for it?  Try either a "dir /a/s/w
dblbuffer.xml" from a dos box in the base paragui
source directory, or use windows find.  If you've
found paratest.cpp it should be in the same directory.
