[paragui-users] ParaGUI 1.0.2-RC2 for Win32

Finally a managed to get the new PhyFS working properly for Win32 (our
version will go to Ryan as soon as it's confirmed to work).

For your testing pleasure I compiled a Microsoft Installer package
containing the Win32 1.0.2-RC2 binary release.
Please test this one. It *should* be fully binary compatible with
previous 1.0.x versions.

The full RC2 sourcecode release will be done as soon as i get merged in
the changes from Keith (CodeWarrior project, MacOS support).
