[paragui-users] WidgetListEx functions not exported

Hi guys,
  It seems like the WidgetListEx functions are not
being exported to windows dlls.  Adding DECLSPEC fixed
the linking errors, but now I'm getting a runtime
exception.  Visual C++ suggests that esp is not being
saved correctly between function calls, so I'm
wondering if there is a conflict between the calling
convention my code is expecting and the calling
convention that is being used here.  Has anyone seen
this stuff before?
