thanks a lot for catching this!

It should work now in master with your proposed fix. But actually the AFIO remap should be specified in the board file.

Would be great if you could test it with the lisa_l_pwm branch (added the AF remap to lisa_l board file with https://github.com/paparazzi/paparazzi/commit/6665181ab37fd77c9b325db78a54fcef20b36655
