[Paparazzi-devel] Debug PPM Lisa-L

Hi,

After looking at what was dysfunctional in the lisa-L board. We found a
problem in the order of the GPIO initialisation.

You need to move the remap of TIM3 after the servo_gpio declaration in
paparazzi/sw/airborne/arch/stm32/subsystems/actuators/actuators_pwm_arch.c

Now my aircraft is working great.
