Hi,

I don't quite understand what you want to do, the GCS is the GUI, you can't use it without GUI.

The code for it is in sw/ground_segment/cockpit

You don't need the GCS in order to talk to the aircraft though, if that is what you want... Paparazzi uses serveral small "agents" (e.g. link, server, ...) that are all connected to the IVY bus to exchange messages, see https://wiki.paparazziuav.org/wiki/Overview#System_Architecture
