Another option for those outside the US used to be CheBuzz Paparazzi.  But since I have closed my shop (as I have recently moved out of Europe), I would recommend taking a look at AeroFu.com.

Hi guys

Building the Autopilot from scratch, that is from making your own boards is quite a bit of task involved, I did do that and was a huge process, but did learn a lot. However, you will need tons of patience to get all those parts, hours and hours to debug step by step and be prepared for some magic smoke...but since you guys are almost engineers you may not have the magic smoke.

I would think buying from ppzuav would be the way to go if time is critical and finances are available else go the DIY route..

good luck

Hello Naveen,

Feels like we both are travelling by the same boat. We too are a university team based in Cochin. However we have already got the Tiny 2.11 board and experimenting on it at present. I would advise you not to buy the paparazzi board from a vendor if you are proficient in building circuits from the scratch. All berger files are available on the net. If you still perisist, the total cost for importing paparazi tiny 2.11 would come to about Rs.52000(including tax). Keep us updated on your project.

Hello there,

I am a student from India working on UAVs. I wanted to buy a Tiny2.11 Autopilot. I have tried contacting PPZUAV people via email and have not recieved any response from then. I just want a contact - an email or a phone number of a vendor of any country from whom I can buy this. I have a project deadline to meet at my university and am in desperate need of this product. Please help me in this regard, please...

Regards,
Naveen
