Roman,

I see similar things with all my IR sensors. Things that help:
1. turn off all other ADC not used. If you are testing IR sensors only disable IR3,4,5 etc in the airframe file by deleting references to them.
2. Cover the IR sensors with many layers of foam. To get very close to 512 I had to wrap IRH in foam 3cm thick and put it inside another foam container.
3. IRV for some reason is hard to get neutral and seems dependent on the other sensors IR1 and IR2. It took me many permutations to get all to be close to 0 when no IR is registered (i.e. in foam in a foam container)
Here's my airframe values for my wing using those same sensors:
IR1 neutral 507, IR2 neutral 505, TOP neutral 500.

I have tried replacing the resistors on TOP to 1% with no difference. I have seen however as IR1 and IR2 neutrals are found then TOP requires less correction. It takes some time. Also let everything sit for about 2-4 minutes before you use the values to try and get the neutral.

Hope this helps.

Hi all,

Martin thank you for the rush answer. I will have a look at the stuff later on.

After I tested control surfaces I mentioned that the rudder moves in Auto mode but I cannot control it manually. I am not sure if it is the ppm encoder issue or something wrong with the codes. The rest of the surfaces and switches are ok.

I have also some troubles with my IR sensors. To get the readings around 0 value (for neutral, covered sensors)  in Message window, I was forced to define IR1 = 40, IR2= 186 and TOP = 615 in airframe. xml. According to all instructions I read, it should be around 512.  After I tried to test them outside, I get always crazy readings on my artificial horizon display in GCS. I come to the conclusion they gone. Am I right? Or maybe there is another methods to test IR sensors on their workability?! In case they are not working any more, is it possible to get them in UK in short time? Here they are http://paparazzi.enac.fr/wiki/Image:Irsensors.jpg.
