The fg 2D google maps is finally working multi-source/multi-sink:

For 3D you can get the Google Earth Plus ($20/year) with GPS port usable
but that does not play with Linux. But the network link is working:

http://uav-flight.de/maps/fg_server_xml.cgi?ppac

You can feed the server (both 2D and 3D) with logalizer/tmclient.
