[Om-synth] more on spam on the wiki

Hi

I added another twist to the antispam feature of the wiki: Non 
whitelisted IP's (that everyone except me) can only save posts where the 
number of characters only differ from number of chars on the original page.

Hopefully this will make the replace-the-frontpage-with-"Hello!" bot go 
away...

Please mail me if you want your IP whitelisted, and please report any 
bugs (I can't actually program in awk :-)) +  comment on the feature; 50 
too lo/hi, do you like it, have better ideas?
