Details:

After typing special character set "ąčęė" (LIT - Lithuanian language
keyboard; keys 1,2,3,4) in the Command Window Octave gets stuck.

Entering these characters in Command Window separately they does not display
properly but Octave continues to work.

These special characters outputs well to the Command Window if they outputs by
runing script.
