Follow-up Comment #2, bug #60247 (project octave):
Using standard Win10 Lithuanian language keyboard.
When typing these characters in Command Window with Alt+... key combination
(ą - 0261; č - 0269; ę - 0281; ė - 0279) these characters displays not
properly but Command Window continues to work.
If Octave newly launched, then stucks after typing "ąčęėąčęė" (two
times).
