Follow-up Comment #16, bug #58323 (project octave):

To give them more credit: For a visual clue, they add a bracket in the command
history next to commands that have been executed in a group and indicate with
a red minus if a command or group failed. See the attached screenshot.

Not sure if our history would be able to tell if commands were grouped
together (or failed).
