Follow-up Comment #4, bug #57679 (project octave):
If you didnt youe the installer, that will be the issue as the qt.conf file
currently gets generated in the installer
I guess it needs to be added into the post install script instead.
File contents is:
[Paths]
Prefix=C:/Octave/Octave-6.0.0.4/mingw64
Documentation=qt5/doc
Headers=qt5/include
Libraries=qt5/lib
Plugins=qt5/plugins
Translations=qt5/translation
Where prefix was is the mingw64 installed path
