Details:

While testing a recent mxe build from the dev branch I noticed that some qt
translation are missing. I tested German and Spanish where standard dialogs
and bottoms (for which the translations for these languages should generally
be provided by qt itself) were missing.

In mingw64/qt5/translations, only few of the files qt_xx.qm files have
reasonable size, qt_de.qm and qt_es.qm, e.g., only have 1 kB. For designer,
assistant, and linguist however, the related files are as large as the one for
other languages.

Is there something missing in the qt installation for the mxe builds?
