Details:

I have tested the 5.1.90 release candidate (from alpha.gnu.org) on Windows 10.
Here are some observations that I think are specific to the MXE version of
Octave:

* README: The installer finishes with showing the file README.html. In this
file there is a weblink to "Octave-Forge". Currently this points to
"https://octave.sourceforge.net/"; which seems to be a dead link. When I change
this from ".net" to ".io" the link works fine.

* COPYRIGHT FILE PROPERTY: The exe installer file itself has Windows file
properties. You can see those by right clicking on the installer exe file and
select "properties" from the context menu in Windows. And in these file
properties the "Copyright" property still has the string "Copyright (C)
2013-2018 John W. Eaton...". Maybe this should be adadpted to the year 2020
now.

* WINDOWS APP STORE WARNING: When I double-click on this exe installer file,
Windows 10 shows me a big warning dialog to start with "Search App in
App-Store? You must install an App for this task. Would you like to search for
it in the Store?" (own translation from german Windows version) Is there a way
to circumvent this weired dialog? (When I click "No" then everything works
fine with this Octave installer. But I do not get this warning when installing
other software in Windodws.)
