Hi there,
I Just recently tried to access the public repository server to get snowball
2
and this line of code appears everytime i try to access it (im using winCVS)

NEW CVSROOT: $ export
'CVSROOT=:pserver:address@hidden:/home/cvsroot' (password
authentication)

cvs login

(Logging in to $ export 'CVSROOT=:pserver:address@hidden)

cvs [login aborted]: connect to cvs.nevrax.org:2401 failed: Connection
refused

*****CVS exited normally with code 1*****

If you or someone could help I would greatly appriciate it, Im new if you
cant tell
