Re: notification of (action) restarts aren't sent

Note that I have removed the “only on” statement so that all alerts are sent, 
and confirmed that when the process is restarted I receive the nonexist alerts 
but nothing else.

Does version 5.2.5 completely fail with regards to its published man page about 
actions taken?
