Odd double quotation character in monit.pdf

The above documentation contains odd double quotation character.

See "Monitroing a process" page.

start = “/etc/init.d/httpd start"

          ^

I think this can be problem because people tend to copy and paste these examples.

% monit -tc tmp_monitrc

tmp_monitrc:16: Error: syntax error '='
