Webserver refresh repositions window |

Not really a bug - more of a minor annoyance. We WebPages typically
don't fit in a browser window even if you go full screen, so all pages
have vertical scroll bars. Every time Monit refreshes the we page
scrolls back to the top of the page. It would be preferable to stay
positioned where it was.
