Problem with monit 4.5 URL checks on Debian

G'day.

I have deployed monit to monitor a number of servers, and I am very
happy with the performance thus far.

I have hit one problem, however: on some of the hosts, URL tests are
failing because monit is sending an empty 'Host:' header, rather than
giving the name of the virtual host.

Is this a known issue, or is there anything specific I can do to help
track down the cause of this?
