service depend on service

Thanks for reply...but still cannot find out what I really
want....Although that show some examples....fix some other monitors as
well...can not handle the situation that when a service is down...in
my case httpd to stop as well heartbeat...
I saw that the depends on service could help but I can not fix an example...
So any help would appreciated....for example if you could pass me a
script that when a service fails to stop some other service as well...
