Change log: http://www.tildeslash.com/monit/dist/CHANGES.txt

This is a feature and bugfix release.

This release was tested on following platforms:

  Linux (Debian 3.1 with kernels 2.4 and 2.6) [x86]
  Solaris 7 and 9 [sparc]
  FreeBSD 4.10 and 5.2.1 [x86]
  OpenBSD 3.5 [x86]
  Darwin 7.0.1 [ppc]

Basic support for system-wide parameters monitoring was added. It is possible now to get system-wide load average and cpu and memory usage.

Monit now supports 'initializing' state of service before data are available. The html interface was cleaned and consolidated.

Data gathering interface was refactored - monit now collects data into internal structure with the time-stamp of retrieval.

XML as well as text format status now reports full service state and all parameters value with the time-stamp of data collection.

Please visit our web pages for more information and documentation and
to hear sound clips of the monit working dog.

Finally, a big thanks to ALL who have contributed work and time to
create this release :)
