Re: make sintaxs errors

It seems that there is some problem with headers on HP/UX.

Monit 4.4-beta5 was tested and works well on:

- linux
- solaris
- freebsd
- openbsd
- darwin

Unfortunately we have no access to HP/UX and AIX so we can just try to 
guess the code. If anybody contribute the code/patches, provide access 
to or can donate HP/UX or AIX machine, we can support these platforms 
quite easily.
