Okay,

I added a new package "libiberty" which implements the
following variant:

1) take libiberty from Binutils
2) install all headers
3) install headers into sub directory include/libiberty/

@Nikos, Christian: Please check whether this fixes your
issues, so we can start our second testing phase.
