We (Warzone 2100, http://wz2100.net) use mingw-cross-env, at the moment
a customized old version though. Trying the current version, configure
failed to find libiberty (used to get backtraces for crashes iirc). I
think there is also some issue getting correct backtraces with newer
mingw versions, but that is probably our own code and not the fault of
mingw-cross-env.
