[Mingw-cross-env-list] Wrong checksum of package blas!

I hope I have the correct etiquette - I just joined: Im a Mac/Linux user who 
wants to avoiding booting up the Windows dev box for compiling bioinformatics 
tools...

I get the following response when I run "make" during an install - on both my 
Mac and Ubuntu boxes.

I don't really need BLAS but thought I should call it in.
